● El diclofenac sòdic és un fàrmac antiinflamatori no esteroide amb importants efectes analgèsics, antiinflamatoris i antipirètics.El fàrmac produeix efectes analgèsics, antiinflamatoris i antipirètics mitjançant la inhibició de la síntesi de prostaglandines.Per tant, el diclofenac sòdic és un dels fàrmacs representatius típics de la classe antiinflamatòria i analgèsica.
● El diclofenac sòdic s'utilitza sovint per al tractament de diversos tipus de dolor agut i crònic lleu a moderat en ortopèdia, com l'artrosi, l'artritis reumatoide, l'espondilitis anquilosant, etc.
